01 / Why work with us

Why work with us

Real ownership

You will not be the fifth person on a ticket queue. Every engineer here owns a surface end to end and talks to the people using it.

Cross-stack exposure

Ledgers, booking grids, voice pipelines, evidence stores. You work across the eight product lines rather than one narrow slice of one.

Ideas that land

Small enough that a good argument changes what we build this week, not next quarter. Nobody here has to route a proposal through four people.

Time to do it properly

We quote schedules that include the boring parts — migrations, runbooks, error paths. Nobody is asked to cut them to hit a date.

02 / How we work

How we work

Small teams, real impact

Two to four engineers per product. You will see your work reach real users, and you will hear about it directly when it breaks.

Learn by doing

We pick the right tool per job, so you get exposure to modern stacks across data, AI, and infrastructure instead of being boxed into one.

Mentorship, not micromanagement

We give context and trust you to run with it. Senior engineers are around to guide, review, and unblock — not to hover.

03 / What we look for

What we look for

We care more about how you think and work than about a checklist of technologies. The traits that tend to do well here:

  • You take ownership and follow problems through to a solution.
  • You learn fast and stay curious about new tools and approaches.
  • You communicate clearly, whether in code, writing, or conversation.
  • You care about quality, from the architecture down to the details.

04 / Open roles

Open roles

We do not have a position open right now. We would still rather hear from you than not — we hire when the right person turns up more often than we hire to a plan, so a speculative CV is genuinely read here, not filed.

Areas we would read a CV for

  • Backend engineering — ledgers, reconciliation, event-sourced systems
  • AI engineering — agent harnesses, evals, retrieval, voice pipelines
  • Product engineering — full-stack, close to the people using it
  • Design — dense operational interfaces, made to feel calm

05 / Internships

Internship programme

We take interns from engineering programmes and early-career switchers into real client work, with a named engineer responsible for you. You will ship something that reaches production, and you will be told plainly whether it was good. Write tocareers@invexatechnologies.com with what you have built so far.

06 / How to apply

How to apply

Four steps, and short enough to respect your time. Here is what to expect:

  1. 01

    Reach out

Send your CV and a short note about what you actually enjoy working on. A link to something you built beats a cover letter.

  2. 02

    Conversation

A relaxed chat about your interests, strengths, and what you want next. We will tell you honestly whether the role matches it.

  3. 03

    Practical round

A focused exercise or a discussion based on real work from one of our products. No trick questions, no whiteboard algorithms.

  4. 04

    Offer

If it is a fit on both sides we move quickly, with the number and the scope written down before you have to decide.
