Eight product lines, one engineering standard

The point where innovation bends into exponential growth.

We build production software for the systems businesses actually run on — ledgers, bookings, stock, records, classrooms — and the AI agents that now sit on top of them.

The thesis

The point where innovation bends into exponential growth.

We build in domains where being wrong is expensive — money, stock, patient records, audit trails. The domains differ; the discipline underneath does not.

01 / What we build

Full-lifecycle software, under one roof

Eight product lines, one engineering standard: auditable state, honest failure modes, and a system your team can still change in two years.

Fintech

Ledgers, payments, and reconciliation built to survive an auditor. Double-entry from day one, not bolted on at Series A.

  • Double-entry ledger
  • Payment rails
  • KYC / AML flows
  • Reconciliation
Explore

Hotel Management

Property management that holds together on a full-house night — reservations, housekeeping, folios, and channel sync in one system.

  • Reservations
  • Channel manager
  • Housekeeping
  • Folio & billing
Explore

Inventory

Stock you can trust across warehouses, batches, and returns. Movements are events, so the count is never a guess.

  • Multi-warehouse
  • Batch & expiry
  • Barcode / scan
  • Purchase orders
Explore

Healthcare

Clinical and practice software where consent, access control, and audit logging are the foundation — not a compliance sprint.

  • Patient records
  • Scheduling
  • Consent & access logs
  • Claims
Explore

EdTech

Learning platforms that hold up on results day — courses, cohorts, assessments, and proctoring under real concurrency.

  • Course delivery
  • Assessments
  • Cohort analytics
  • Certification
Explore

AI Agents

Agents wired into real systems with real permissions — tool use, evaluation harnesses, and a human in the loop where it matters.

  • Tool orchestration
  • RAG pipelines
  • Eval harnesses
  • Human handoff
Explore

Voice AI

Phone agents that book, confirm, and escalate — sub-second turn latency, barge-in handling, and a full transcript trail.

  • Inbound & outbound
  • Telephony integration
  • Live transcripts
  • Warm transfer
Explore

Audit Management

Controls, evidence, and findings in one trail. Every state change is attributable, timestamped, and immutable.

  • Control library
  • Evidence vault
  • Findings workflow
  • Immutable trail

02 / Why Invexa

Principles that ship

We optimise for software that is still changeable in two years, not demos that impress and then break. These four principles shape every decision we make on your project.

More about how we work

Reconstructable state

Mutable rows lose their history exactly when you need it. We model changes as events, so a wrong number is a query rather than an investigation.

Fail loudly, in one place

A silent partial failure costs more than a crash. The guard goes in the shared path every caller routes through, not in the one branch a ticket named.

The smallest thing that works

Speculative abstraction is the most expensive habit in software. One implementation gets no interface. We add the layer when the second case arrives.

Built to be handed over

We write for the engineer who inherits this in two years, on a bad day, at 3am. Boring code, real runbooks, no clever indirection.

03 / How we work

A clear path from idea to launch

  1. Week 1

    Scope it honestly

A paid week of shared work before any estimate: your constraints, your systems, the parts that will actually be hard.

  2. Week 2

    Design the hard part

The data model and the failure modes, settled on paper before any of it is typed. This is where the expensive mistakes get made cheaply.

  3. Weeks 3–6

    Ship the thin slice

One real path working end to end, in production behind a flag. Not a prototype: the narrow version of the real thing.

  4. Weeks 6+

    Widen under load

Expand from the working slice with your team in the codebase, watching how it behaves with real traffic rather than assumed traffic.

  5. Ongoing

    Hand over properly

Documentation, runbooks, and a handover that assumes we leave. If you still need us afterwards, we got it wrong.

05 / Working with us

What an engagement feels like

Illustrative scenarios drawn from how we work — our first public client references are still in build.

They found eleven bugs in our balance logic during the migration that we had been living with for months. That was worth the engagement on its own.

The first thing they did was talk us out of half the scope. The half we built actually shipped, which is more than the last two attempts managed.

Our front desk stopped dreading the evening rush. The agent handles the repetitive calls and hands over the rest with the context already there.
